{"id":6243,"date":"2023-02-28T17:43:12","date_gmt":"2023-02-28T23:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/netzero-community.com\/prueba\/?p=6243"},"modified":"2023-02-28T17:43:48","modified_gmt":"2023-02-28T23:43:48","slug":"cuatro-ondas-de-calor-en-la-megalopolis-para-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/netzero-community.com\/prueba\/cuatro-ondas-de-calor-en-la-megalopolis-para-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuatro ondas de calor en la megal\u00f3polis para 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (Conagua) ha emitido un comunicado en el que se pronostica que la megal\u00f3polis, que incluye a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y a la zona conurbada del Estado de M\u00e9xico, experimentar\u00e1 cuatro ondas de calor durante el a\u00f1o 2023.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la directora general del Organismo de Cuenca de Aguas del Valle de M\u00e9xico, Alejandra Margarita M\u00e9ndez Gir\u00f3n, las ondas de calor tendr\u00e1n lugar en los meses de mayo, junio, julio y agosto, y podr\u00edan elevar las temperaturas hasta los 32 grados Celsius en algunas zonas de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>La Conagua ha se\u00f1alado que estos fen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos pueden tener un impacto negativo en la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n, especialmente en grupos vulnerables como los adultos mayores, los ni\u00f1os y las personas con enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la dependencia ha recomendado a la poblaci\u00f3n mantenerse hidratada, evitar la exposici\u00f3n prolongada al sol y reducir la actividad f\u00edsica en las horas m\u00e1s calurosas del d\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n ha instado a la ciudadan\u00eda a estar alerta ante posibles incendios forestales, que podr\u00edan desencadenarse como consecuencia de las altas temperaturas y la sequ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La CONAGUA ha recordado que, en caso de presentarse una emergencia relacionada con el calor, se puede llamar al n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico 911 para recibir asistencia. Asimismo, ha destacado la importancia de seguir las recomendaciones emitidas por las autoridades locales y de mantenerse informado sobre las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas a trav\u00e9s de los
